General Terms and Conditions for Limited Warranty
Here is an overview of the VILLA PROCTRL Warranty Information. VILLA PROCTRL furniture products come with a Ten-Year limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to all related parts. Parts not manufactured by VILLA PROCTRL, such as microphones, all electrical lighting fixtures, electrical surge protectors, and electrical lifts, have warranties from their respective manufacturers. This limited warranty is valid for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Repaired or replaced parts will be warranted for the remaining portion of this parts warranty period. All transportation and freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
The Warranty does not apply to the following:
- Any defects or damage arising from improper use, abuse, neglect, accident, unforeseen or abnormal service or treatment.
- Any defects or damage arising from normal wear and tear, specifically of a cosmetic nature.
- Any defects or damage arising from the product being altered, modified, or changed in any way without our consent.
- Any defects or damage arising from force majeure, such as fire, floods, earthquakes, lightning, rain, wind, hurricanes, etc., which are beyond the control of VILLA PROCTRL.
- Any defects or damage caused by improper use, assembly, installation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Any defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by the use of another product.
LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF CLAIMS:
Except for the 10-year warranty as indicated above, VILLA PROCTRL provides no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall VILLA PROCTRL be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Examples include, incidental damages including but not limited to telephone charges,interruptions to schedules, and costs for the removal or reinstallation of equipment. Consequential damages include but are not limited to the replacement of another damaged object if the furniture does not work.
